Hybrid power is a combination of two or more alternative energy sources to produce high-efficiency electrical under different load conditions. research has been carried out through previous research, including combining solar and wind, biomass, hydro, thermal, with thermoelectric generators. This study designs hybrid plant model based on hydroelectricity water circulation system. Water falling from the upper reservoir into lower returned using an electric pump, this development related hydropower. The method used in Pahl Beitz method, design sketches, material selection, fabrication, testing phases. cell frame produced by process 100 cm high 65 wide, module type 3-piece polycrystalline module. average output 3 panels cells was 19.76 watts. test 850 watts total power, 600 DC solar, 250 hydro.
